Meet the founder

After years working internationally as a private chef — where precision and care were never optional — I went looking for something deeper related to wellbeing. After diving deep into Ayurveda I realised what it would take to become proficient in managing wellbeing. I then did my Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, and wrote my thesis on how the rehabilitation of neurological conditions can be supported through adjunctive yoga therapy. That question is what pulled me further in.
I trained across several traditions of yoga — Isha Angamardana, Isha Yogasana, and classical Ashtanga, where I qualified as an instructor — and then trained as a yoga therapist. There I went deeper into how the body's energetic and physical systems interact through yoga, and how the mind is understood in two of the Shad Darshanas: Classical Yoga and Samkhya philosophy.

From there I built TYLT — a platform to follow the progress of people living with chronic conditions and help them monitor their management or recovery through the yogic approach. It's where yoga and clinical therapy finally merge: gathering real results, and guiding each health-seeker step by step toward their optimal direction, while staying true to what the data shows.
Every TYLT membership is overseen by a certified physiotherapist and yoga therapist, so your practice respects your joints, tissues and healing timelines while working with your breath, nervous system and daily life.
