What a typical week could look like

Live yoga & one-to-one sessions

What it is
One 60-minute session of live TYLT Yoga. Each class is capped at 5 practitioners and may be led by up to 2 TYLT Therapists for close, personal guidance. Once a group fills, the next practitioners form a new class group — unless arranged otherwise in advance.
Booking
Your live class must be booked at least 24 hours before the class start time.
Rules of the class
- Wear appropriate loose-fitting clothing and prepare your practice space to be uninterrupted.
- The practitioner should be fully visible in front of the camera — this helps your TYLT Therapist guide you in the best way possible.
- Screening the session on a smart TV, tablet or phone is recommended for your convenience.
- A no-show 10 minutes after the start time automatically closes the class. Prepare 5 minutes early so you are mentally calm and not rushed — the class starts on the hour.
What it is
A 15–25 minute video session with your TYLT Therapist to review your progress and goal orientation — used to orient your practice and understand your baseline.
Rules to participate
- The TYLT Therapist meeting must be booked 24 hours before the session.
- If you did not book 24 hours before, you lose that week's opportunity.
- The Weekly Check-in form must be completed before this meeting to receive your updated Baseline PDF, if desired.
