What TYLT actually is..
Combining physiotherapist oversight, Yoga therapy and Nutrition. Tracked on clinical scales — week by week.
TYLT is a clinical wellbeing program, not a class library. You're assessed on validated scales, prescribed a practice across movement, breath, and nutrition, and re-measured on the same scales as you go.
Your therapist sees the numbers change. So do you.

The Product, in 3 parts.
01
Physiotherapist Oversight
A certified physiotherapist reviews your condition and structures your practice within your physical limits. Progress is measured on clinical, standardised scales — so accountability is built in, not assumed.
02
Yoga Therapy
A complete yogic prescription for your condition — assigned Asana, Pranayama, and Kriya alongside nutrition, discipline, mental management, and nervous-system regulation, drawn from traditional yoga techniques.
03
Yoga Therapy
We work alongside your existing healthcare provider — keeping you accountable to the practice and effort they've prescribed, and generating a progress report back to them so your care stays joined up.

TYLT was started out of a simple observation: wellbeing has more than one aspect, and no single discipline holds all the answers. The point was never to advance one person's practice — it was to build a space where like-minded practitioners could put their skills into one basket and work from the same picture of the client.
That's what the platform is now: a hub for yoga therapists to combine their experience with clinical oversight, keep score on validated scales, and contribute to a shared dataset that connects yogic practice with physiotherapy, conventional healthcare, and other scientific approaches to managing chronic health conditions.
And then the practical layer most lifestyle changes break on — accountability and discipline. Long-term work is hard. TYLT is built to carry some of that weight: measuring effort, tracking practice, holding the line, so the work stays consistent long enough to actually change something.

Rome is part of the method.
Rome is layered, rhythmic, and resilient — ancient foundations supporting a living, modern city. We see the body the same way: history, structure, and adaptation stacked together.
Whether you join us online or in person, our Rome-based retreats and programs are designed to:
- Slow your nervous system down enough to actually listen.
- Give you space to practise — not just consume more information.
- Connect you with a rhythm you can bring back into everyday life.
"Rome" is also a method: slower, layered, system-based. You don't have to fly to Italy to live by it.

IF any of this sounds familiar..
TYLT is for people stuck in a cycle of recurring symptoms who want a structured pathway instead of one more app, class, or fix.
Ongoing stress, anxiety, or burnout that won't reset.
Postural issues and back pain that keep returning.
Neurological conditions needing long-term rehab support.
"Everywhere" symptoms — sleep, gut, tension — all interacting.
A diagnosis you'd like supported alongside existing care.
Tired of "one more thing" — ready for a real pathway.
