TYLT Refund Policy
Refund Policy (Digital Products + 1:1 Consultations)
Effective date: 21 January 2026
Company: The Yogic Lifestyle Therapy (Italy)
Website: www.theyogiclifestyletherapy.com
Support: [email protected]
1) Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through The Yogic Lifestyle Therapy, including (without limitation) digital downloads (PDFs, guides, e-books), streaming/on-demand video content, memberships, online courses, and any related digital content or digital services delivered electronically. It also applies to live 1:1 consultation sessions booked either as part of a membership benefit or as a standalone purchase.
2) All digital sales are final (no refunds after access/delivery)
Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once:
-
access to the content has been granted, and/or
-
a download link has been provided, and/or
-
the content has been streamed, opened, or otherwise used.
This policy exists to protect our intellectual property and prevent misuse or copying.
3) EU/EEA consumer right of withdrawal (digital content exception)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right can be lost once performance/delivery begins if:
-
you give prior express consent to immediate delivery, and
-
you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, and
-
we provide confirmation of the contract.
How this applies on our checkout: By completing your purchase, you are requesting immediate access/delivery of the digital content and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery/access begins.
If you do not want to waive the withdrawal right, do not complete the purchase.
4) Subscriptions and memberships (cancellations; no prorated refunds)
-
You may cancel a subscription/membership at any time to prevent future renewals.
-
No refunds are provided for the current billing period after payment is processed (including partial months).
-
Access will continue until the end of the paid billing period unless access is revoked due to breach (see Section 8).
5) 1:1 consultation sessions (membership-included or standalone)
This section applies to any 1:1 consultation session, whether included inside a membership or booked as a standalone session.
A) Cancellation and rescheduling (minimum notice: 3 hours)
-
You may cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time.
-
If you cancel/reschedule with at least 3 hours’ notice, we will offer either:
-
one reschedule to a mutually agreed time, or
-
session credit (where applicable) to be used toward a future booking.
-
B) Late cancellations and no-shows (less than 3 hours)
-
Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the session start time, or failure to attend (“no-show”), are treated as late cancellations.
-
Late cancellations/no-shows are not refundable and the session is considered used/forfeited, including where the session is included within a membership.
C) Standalone 1:1 sessions (no refunds; reschedule policy applies)
-
Standalone 1:1 sessions are non-refundable once booked.
-
The 3-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy above is the only change mechanism.
D) Time zone
-
All session times are interpreted in the time zone shown in the booking confirmation. If not stated, the default time zone is Europe/Rome.
6) Exceptions (limited)
We will consider a refund only in the following narrow circumstances:
A) Duplicate charge / billing error
If you were charged twice for the same purchase due to a system error, contact support within 7 days of the charge. We will verify and correct the error.
B) No delivery / no access caused by our system
If you paid but did not receive access due to a technical error on our side and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate remedy (which may include a refund).
C) Non-conformity / faulty digital content (statutory rights)
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights where applicable, including rights relating to faulty digital content/digital services. If the content is defective or not as described in a way that triggers mandatory remedies, we will first attempt to fix the issue or bring the content into conformity; if that is not possible, other remedies may apply.
7) Customer responsibility and misunderstandings
It is your responsibility to read and understand our Terms and Conditions, this Refund Policy, and any purchase/checkout disclosures before completing a purchase or booking a session. Misunderstanding, misinterpretation, or failure to read our policies does not create a right to a refund, cancellation, chargeback, or exception beyond what is stated in these policies.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8) Chargebacks and payment disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:
-
We may immediately suspend or revoke access to the related content/membership while the dispute is investigated.
-
If the dispute is resolved in our favor, access may be restored.
-
We reserve the right to refuse future purchases where chargebacks are used improperly.
9) How to request help
Email [email protected] with:
-
Full name
-
Email used at checkout
-
Order number / receipt (and session booking details if relevant)
-
Description of the issue (screenshots if relevant)
We aim to respond within 2–5 business days.
10) Updates to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
